Party Information
Duration
Parties at Colmslie Aquatic Centre run for 2 hours, which includes facility access for the whole party. If you’d like more party time, you can add an Extra Party Hour for $100.00 when you book online.
Booking Guidelines
Entry conditions for all parties at Colmslie Aquatic Centre:
- All parties must have adult supervision at all times.
- Inflatable access is not exclusive.
- All children 5 and under must be within arm’s reach at all times while in the water, and children aged 10 and under must be actively watched at all times.
- Guests using the inflatable must complete a swim competency assessment (10m swim test) before being allowed to use it. Swimmers will be assessed by lifeguards before receiving a wristband for the inflatable. Please observe all other inflatable rules on site.
- Children 0–5 years old cannot use the diving facilities. Please observe all other diving rules on site.
- No glass or alcohol is permitted on centre grounds.
- Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to use the inflatable.
What is included?
Every party at Colmslie Aquatic Centre includes:
- 2 hours of facility access
- Child access (6 Years + for inflatable use), plus access for adult spectators
- A reserved seated area including table and chairs
- A party bag and juice box for each child

What is the cost of a party?
Colmslie Aquatic Centre has two party packages, both running for 2 hours with a minimum of 10 guests:
- Colmslie Splash & Play Party – $125.00
- Colmslie Inflatable Pool Party – $22.50
Optional extras you can add when booking online:
- $22.50 – Add an extra party guest
- $100.00 – Extra party hour
- $60.00 – BBQ hire
- $55.00 – Party pies & sausage rolls
- $5.00 – Peters ice cream of choice
- $2.00 – Slushee upgrade
- Party platter – price on booking
What if I need to add extra guests to the list after I have booked?
Additional guests or siblings can pay for an access armband on the day of the party at the pool reception. If you aren’t 100% sure on numbers when you book, you are welcome to purchase additional wristbands at reception on the day.
Is it possible to rent a BBQ?
Yes. BBQ hire is available as an optional extra for $60.00 and can be added to your party when you book online.
Cancellations
All applications to cancel, amend a date or request a refund on any booking must be made with 48 hours notice and will incur a $100 processing fee (non-refundable). Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or to enquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
